Terms of Use

Effective date: 26 September 2026. Version 1.0.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the RC24 website operated by PHUKET 24 ONLINE CO., LTD., Tax ID 0835561011742, at 96/7 Moo 7, Soi Saiyuan, Rawai, Phuket 83130, Thailand (the “Company”, “RC24”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the website, continuing to use it or submitting information through it, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website or submit a request.

1. Scope and order of documents

These Terms apply to the website, vehicle catalogue, price-estimation tools, promotions, contact channels and rental-request forms. They do not themselves constitute a vehicle rental agreement.

A confirmed rental is governed by the specific booking confirmation, the written rental agreement and mandatory Thai law. If those documents conflict with these Terms on a matter relating to an actual rental, the rental agreement and mandatory law prevail for that matter. The Privacy Policy separately governs personal data.

2. The website is not an offer

All website content, including a displayed vehicle, promotion, price, estimated total, deposit, delivery option or date, is an invitation to submit a request unless the Company expressly states in a specific written communication that it intends to be legally bound.

Submitting a form, opening a case, receiving a case number, copying a request, starting a messenger conversation or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability, oblige the Company to provide any vehicle or conclude a rental agreement.

A rental becomes binding only after the Company expressly accepts the request through the confirmation process specified for that transaction, the parties complete any required rental documents, and the Company receives any payment required for confirmation.

3. Company discretion over requests

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company may accept, reject, pause, close or request changes to any enquiry or rental request in its commercial discretion, including because of availability, risk, identity or document checks, payment status, suspected fraud, vehicle location, operational requirements or a failure to agree final terms.

Before a rental becomes binding, the Company may require identification, a valid driving licence, proof of eligibility, a security deposit, advance payment or other information reasonably required for the proposed rental. The Company is not required to hold a vehicle while those requirements remain incomplete.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the Company is not liable merely because it declines a request, chooses not to enter into a rental or does not provide a reason for doing so.

4. Vehicle information, images and availability

Descriptions, specifications, equipment, colours, model years, photographs and videos are provided for identification and general planning. Images may be illustrative, edited for presentation or show another vehicle of the same model range. The exact vehicle and its condition are determined by the confirmation and handover documents.

Availability can change at any time, including while a user is completing a request. No vehicle is held or reserved until the Company expressly confirms it under the applicable process.

The Company may correct typographical, technical, pricing or publication errors and may update or withdraw content, vehicles or promotions without prior notice. An obvious error does not bind the Company.

5. Prices and estimates

Website calculations are preliminary estimates based on the selected vehicle, period, location and current configuration. They are not a final quotation, invoice or guarantee.

The final rental price and any deposit, delivery or collection charge, mileage allowance, insurance or protection terms, excess, tax, payment cost, optional service, late charge or other amount are determined during confirmation and stated in the applicable transaction documents.

A user must review the final terms before accepting or paying. The Company is not responsible for a decision made solely in reliance on an unconfirmed website estimate.

6. Eligibility and authority

You may use the website only if you have legal capacity to do so. If you act for another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to submit information and communicate on its behalf.

Submitting a request does not establish that you or any proposed driver satisfies the age, driving experience, licence, identification, payment, insurance or other requirements for a particular vehicle. The Company may verify eligibility at any stage before handover and may refuse the rental if a requirement is not met.

7. Your information and responsibility

You must provide complete, current and accurate information and promptly correct any material error. You are responsible for reviewing the selected vehicle, dates, duration, location, contact details and request message before submission.

You must not submit information about another person without authority, impersonate anyone, conceal a material fact, make a fraudulent request or upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, malicious or technically harmful.

You bear the consequences of delay, failed contact, incorrect estimates or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by you.

8. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

The website may be used only for lawful personal or legitimate business enquiries concerning RC24 services.

You must not probe, scan or test security; bypass access controls, rate limits, consent mechanisms or protective measures; interfere with the website, servers or networks; introduce malware or harmful code; scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract data; use bots or automated tools without written permission; reverse engineer website software except where law expressly permits it; overload the service; create fraudulent or duplicate requests; misuse contact channels; or use website content to build or promote a competing database or service.

The Company may use technical measures to detect, block, rate-limit and investigate prohibited activity.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its design, software, databases, selection and arrangement of content, text, graphics, photographs, video, logos, trade names and other materials are owned by the Company or used under licence and are protected by applicable law.

The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the website and use its request tools for their intended purpose. No ownership right is transferred.

Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, sell, license, frame, mirror, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website materials without prior written permission.

10. Material submitted by users

You retain rights in original material that you submit. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format, transmit and otherwise use that material as reasonably necessary to process the request, communicate with you, prevent abuse, keep business records and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If you voluntarily provide an idea, suggestion or feedback about the website or services, the Company may use it without restriction or payment, provided that personal data remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Electronic communications and records

You agree that the Company may communicate about your request electronically through the contact channels you select or provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to those channels and checking messages.

To the extent permitted by law, electronic records generated by the website and the Company’s systems, including timestamps, request content, confirmations, delivery records and security logs, may be retained and used as evidence of the relevant communications and actions.

A message is not deemed accepted by the Company merely because it was technically delivered. Only an express confirmation by an authorised Company representative has the effect stated in that confirmation.

12. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to independent maps, messengers, social networks, analytics, security, hosting or payment services. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy practices.

The Company does not control and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, acts, omissions, fees or data practices of an independent third party. A link, integration or displayed third-party name does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

Any dispute arising solely between you and a third-party provider must be resolved with that provider, without limiting any non-excludable right you may have against the Company.

13. Website operation and changes

The Company may at any time maintain, test, secure, modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the website, change its functionality or impose reasonable usage limits. The Company has no obligation to preserve a particular feature, layout, vehicle listing, promotion or item of user-submitted content.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security measures, network failures, supplier outages or events outside the Company’s control. The Company does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

14. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims implied warranties concerning uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, availability of a particular vehicle and results obtained from using the website.

Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, insurance, travel, safety or technical advice. You remain responsible for assessing your requirements and reviewing the specific rental documents before entering a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written commitment given by the Company for a confirmed transaction or any guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that rule and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data; travel or accommodation arrangements made before confirmation; or loss arising from unconfirmed availability or estimates, user error, prohibited conduct, an independent third party or an event outside the Company’s reasonable control.

Any liability arising solely from operation or use of the website is limited to direct, documented and reasonably foreseeable loss actually caused by the Company’s breach. Liability relating to an actual rental is determined under the rental agreement and mandatory law, not this website limitation.

16. Your indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you must indemnify the Company, its officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims, direct losses, regulatory costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent or unauthorised request, infringement of another person’s rights, harmful code, automated attack, or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation applies only to the extent the claim or loss was caused by your conduct and does not require you to indemnify the Company for its own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.

17. Suspension and enforcement

The Company may block or restrict access, reject or close requests, preserve relevant records and take technical or legal action where it reasonably suspects a breach, fraud, abuse, a security threat, unlawful conduct or risk to the Company, its vehicles, systems, personnel, partners or users.

The Company may report suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities and cooperate with lawful requests. You are responsible for reasonable investigation, remediation and enforcement costs caused by your proven breach, to the extent recoverable by law.

A failure or delay by the Company in exercising a right is not a waiver. Rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

18. Events outside reasonable control

The Company is not responsible for delay, interruption or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, transport disruption, utility or telecommunications failure, cyberattack, supplier failure or labour disruption.

The Company may suspend the affected operation for the duration of the event and take reasonable steps to protect its systems, property and customers. This section does not remove any obligation that mandatory law requires despite the event.

19. Privacy and security

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You must not use the website to collect personal data about other users or attempt to access data that is not intended for you.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You must use reasonable precautions when communicating through third-party channels and must promptly notify the Company if you discover suspected misuse or a security issue.

20. Changes to these Terms

The Company may amend these Terms to reflect changes in law, website functions, business operations, risk controls or services. The revised version applies from the effective date stated on this page.

Changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed rental unless the parties validly agree otherwise or mandatory law requires it. Continued use after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for that later use.

21. Severability, transfer and entire website agreement

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company may transfer them as part of a restructuring, sale of business or transfer of the website, subject to mandatory law and the Privacy Policy.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the website. They do not replace the documents governing a confirmed rental.

22. Governing law, language and contact

These Terms and non-contractual matters arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Phuket, Thailand.

The English and Russian versions are provided for convenience. If they differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. A Thai-language controlled rental agreement and mandatory Thai law prevail for an actual consumer vehicle rental.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to privacy@rentcar24.online or through the current contact channels published on the website.
